We call our franchisees "Brand Partners" to reflect the fact that the Boots Brand is at the heart of everything we do. As a Brand Partner, you'll have the opportunity to trade for 5 years as your own boss under a Limited Company structure. Providing contractual conditions have been met, you'll also have the automatic right to renew for a further 5 years, at no additional cost.

During the crucial first steps of becoming a Brand Partner, you can expect detailed training and support covering every aspect of the process from creating a business plan to preparing you for the launch of your business.

In return, we'll be looking to you to demonstrate a number of qualities. Naturally, we'll expect you to have a good working knowledge of the optics industry. However it's equally as important that you have:

commercial focus

Essentially, we’ll develop and support the brand, and you’ll deliver and protect it. But while there are obligations and duties to being a Brand Partner, you'll also enjoy greater freedom to manage your own business. You'll direct and manage your own growth plan, and be responsible for making decisions about sales, people, equipment and local marketing.
